Strand Road is always such a nightmare with the traffic, especially in the afternoons when everyone is trying to get somewhere. Our office, Universal Agencies, is tucked away on the third floor of number 40/5. You have to walk up to Room 16, which can be a bit of a climb if the weather is humid, but you get used to it after a few weeks. The building itself is one of those older ones where the walls have seen a lot of history. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling paperwork and talking on the phone with people about orders. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s just a room with some old desks, a few filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. Sometimes the fans make a bit of a clicking noise, but it keeps the air moving at least. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we like the location because everything you need is right there on the street, even if it is noisy. Most people who come to see us are looking for something specific, and we just do our thing without making a big fuss about it. It’s a practical place for practical work, and that’s pretty much how we like to keep things around here. It isn't much to look at, but we get things done.
