United Credit Belani Properties Limited is located at 596 Dakhindari Road. If you are familiar with the Sreebhumi area of Kolkata, you probably know the road gets quite narrow and busy during the peak hours. We are at the 48 pin code area, working out of a space that is mostly filled with blueprints, property documents, and folders. Most of our time goes into managing different property interests and making sure the administration side of things is moving along. It is not the kind of place where you will find marble floors or people in expensive suits. It is more about the work and getting the details right for the buildings we handle. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. We handle the property side of the Belani name from this specific spot. It is practical and a bit old-fashioned in how we keep track of things, but it works for us. Living and working in Kolkata means you get used to the noise and the pace, and our office is no different. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand, whether it is a small repair issue or a big piece of paperwork for a new project. It is just us, doing property work every day.
