United Ceridt Belani Group (Hiland)

Our place is located over on Upen Banerjee Road, right in the Parnashree part of Behala. If you know South Kolkata, you know how the traffic can get around here. We’re part of the United Ceridt Belani Group, often associated with the Hiland projects you see around. The office at P412 is where we handle the day-to-day stuff. It’s not the biggest space, but it works for us. We deal with various property things, mostly housing and some land stuff. People come in to ask about flats or where the next project is going up. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures scattered around. Mostly just maps and some files on the desks. We’ve been in Kolkata long enough to know how things work here. It’s a lot of talking to people and making sure the permits are okay. The guys here have been doing this for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just trying to keep the projects moving along in Behala. Sometimes the rain slows us down, or the materials are late, but that’s just how it goes. We try to keep it simple. If you need to find us, just head towards the Parnashree post office area. We are usually around during the week. It's a busy corner of the city, but we like it here and we plan to stay for the long haul.
