Unitech Ltd

We are situated at B-20 Survey Park in Kolkata. It’s a nice area, fairly quiet compared to the city center. The office is a simple building where Unitech Ltd has its base for this region. We have a few rooms dedicated to different parts of the job. The main room has the most activity, with the phones ringing and people talking over each other. We have a small balcony where we keep some potted plants, though they don't always look very healthy. It’s a standard workspace with regular desks and chairs. Nothing was designed by an architect; we just moved the furniture where it fit best. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which gives us a five-minute break to chat. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a fancy sign. Most people who come here are regular contractors or people we’ve known for years. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. The filing system is a bit chaotic if you aren't the one who filed it, but we always find what we need eventually. It’s just a group of regular people doing their jobs in a quiet corner of West Bengal. We like it this way because it’s familiar and comfortable. We aren't big on formalities, just getting the work done is what matters.
