Our office is located at 77/2 Rai Mohan Banerjee Road, right on the second floor. We have flats 8 and 9 here in Bonhoogly, Kolkata. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with the two flats connected, but it works for us. We’ve been in this building for some time now. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice during the humid months. It is not a high-rise glass building, just a regular apartment-style office where we do our business. Most of the staff comes in early to beat the Kolkata traffic. We have our files stacked up and desks pushed together. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. You’ll find Unitech Ltd listed on the board downstairs if you’re looking for us. We don't spend much on decorations or expensive furniture. We just need the computers to work and the internet to stay stable. Lunchtimes are usually loud because everyone eats together in the small break area. It’s a local operation, and we know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs instead. It’s just how things go here. We focus on the work we have at hand and try to stay organized despite the busy atmosphere of the Rai Mohan Banerjee Road area. It is a practical place for a practical team to spend their day.
