Unit Construction Company Pvt Ltd is located at 53/A, Lotus Park in Kolkata. We have been working from this spot for quite a bit. It’s a busy area and we are always on the move between different sites. Most of our days are spent talking to suppliers or checking on how a project is coming along. Kolkata is a big city and there is always something being built. We handle a lot of the basic construction stuff that people need. It is hard work and the days are long. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned with the materials but we figure it out. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We mostly just use it for the paperwork that piles up. Usually, you will find us wearing boots and covered in a bit of dust. That is just the nature of the business. We have a few regular clients who come back to us when they have a new idea. We don't bother with big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. The crew is mostly local guys who live nearby. We take lunch together when we can. It’s just a normal business trying to do things right. If you are around Lotus Park, that is where we are based out of. We just keep our heads down and work. It isn't always easy, but we enjoy the results of a long day. Being part of the neighborhood is important to us. We hope to stay here for many more years.
