Unilend Nidhi Limited is located at 1/7 on the ground floor in Naktala. Being in a city like Kolkata, you'd think we would be in a tall building, but we prefer being on the ground floor where people can just walk in off the street. It’s a bit easier for everyone that way. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We spend our time managing the accounts and talking to the people from the Naktala neighborhood. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we are used to the Kolkata hustle. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. We just provide a place for people to handle their money matters locally. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet is slow, but we get through the work regardless. Our staff is just regular people from around here who know the local area well. We don’t wear suits or have fancy titles. Most of the people who come in are regulars who live just a few blocks away. We keep the books tidy and make sure everyone gets the attention they need. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us and the folks in this part of the city. We’ve been here for a bit now and plan to stay right on this ground floor. It's home for our small team.
