It’s a busy area of the city, especially with all the traffic coming and going around the Ruby hospital side. Our place is part of the housing complex there, so it feels more like a community than a cold business district. We have our office set up inside, and it gets the job done for Ucbpl. Kolkata is always noisy and full of life, and our neighborhood is no different. You can hear the sounds of the street even from inside the rooms. We spend our days going through the daily requirements and keeping the files updated. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the paper and the equipment, but we make it work. The elevators in the complex can be slow during the morning rush, so many of us just take the stairs if we aren't carrying too much. We get our lunch from the local shops nearby or bring it from home. It’s a very standard way to work in this city. We don't have a lot of space for fancy meetings, so we usually just talk over the desks or go outside if we need some air. It’s a solid location for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here and the people in the building are mostly friendly.
