Our office is located at Flat No 6, 5G on Kalicharan Dutta Road in Kolkata. It is an apartment that we have turned into a workspace, which might seem a bit unusual to some people. However, it works perfectly well for us. We handle all the administrative tasks and manage the orders for hydraulic systems from this spot. Kolkata is always noisy, and you can hear the sounds of the street coming through the windows all day. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer, coordinating with different workshops and sites where the heavy machinery is actually located. There is a lot of talk about pumps, pressure levels, and different types of valves. We are not a big company with a lobby or a receptionist. We are just a small group of people who understand how these hydraulic parts are supposed to work. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have too many files and parts spread out on the tables, but we always manage to keep things organized. We have been at this address for quite a while now. Most of our day is just about making sure the orders are moving through the system and that people get their parts on time. It is a very practical way to run a business without spending too much.
