Tyre Corporation Of India Ltd is located right on Station Road in Khardaha. Our building is called Anandaloke, at number 12/4/1. Being so close to the station means there is always a lot of movement around us. You can hear the trains passing by and the crowds of people heading to work every morning. It’s a very lived-in part of the district. We’ve been here for years, dealing with the tyre business in a very straightforward way. There isn't any fluff to how we run things. It’s just a group of us in the office and the warehouse area. The walls might need a bit of paint and the desks are old, but it works for us. We handle the paperwork, talk to the drivers, and keep the inventory moving. It’s a local operation where we know the tea stall owners and the other shopkeepers on Station Road. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the rain floods the street a bit, but we just deal with it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We don’t put on any acts for visitors. What you see is what you get. We are just people working a job in Khardaha, trying to stay busy and keep things organized. It’s been our home base for a long time and we are used to the noise and the rhythm of the station being right there.
