Our office is up on the second floor of Vishnu Towers in Sector V. If you have ever spent time in Salt Lake, you know how Block DN 14 can get during the rush hour. It is a big building and we have been here for a while now. We focus on fire and security stuff, which basically means a lot of paperwork, planning, and checking systems. It is not the most exciting work to talk about at dinner, but it is important to get it right. The office is usually full of people on phones or typing away at computers. We have different departments, but at the end of the day, we are all just trying to get through the workload. Sometimes the elevators in the tower take forever, so we end up taking the stairs to the second floor. It is a professional space, but we still have our coffee breaks and occasional office jokes. We deal with a lot of technical specifications and safety codes. It can be a bit dry, honestly. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We just occupy this space in Salt Lake and do our jobs. The view from the second floor isn't anything special, just the street and other buildings, but it's where we work. We have seen the area change a lot over the years with new shops opening and old ones closing down. We just keep doing our thing here in Vishnu Towers, making sure the systems are sorted.
