Our office is tucked into Room A 07 at 137 Pollar Vihar. We are quite close to the B P Poddar Institute, right off the VIP Road in the Kaikhali area. It is near the airport, so we often hear the planes taking off and landing throughout the day. The building is a regular sort of apartment-cum-office complex. We are on one of the floors, where we keep things running for our product lines. It is not a very large room, just enough for a few desks and some filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at technical drawings. Kaikhali is a growing area, so things are always changing around here. New buildings go up and the roads get busier every month. We have been at this Pollar Vihar address for a bit, and we have gotten to know the other people in the building. It is a professional but casual environment. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it is just shirts and trousers while we work through our lists. Sometimes we walk down to the main road to get some lunch or a quick snack from the vendors. The air is a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we don't mind it much. It is just a practical place to do business and keep our operations going near the airport corridor. That is how we operate every single day.
