If you go down to Ezra Street, you'll find us at number 48. Travisa Properties Llp is on the first floor in office 104. It’s a busy street, always crowded with people and shops. We spend our days dealing with property matters here in Kolkata. The office is small but it works for what we need. Most of the time we are just sorting through files or talking to people about local real estate. Ezra Street is an old part of the city, so there’s a lot of history around us. We started Travisa Properties Llp because we knew the area well. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a few desks and some chairs. People stop by when they have questions about a flat or a piece of land nearby. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It's just a place to work. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to close the windows, but we like being in the middle of everything. We handle the paperwork that comes with buying or selling property. It's a lot of back and forth with different people. We keep things simple here. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the pace. No big speeches, just everyday real estate work. If you're near office 104, you'll see our sign on the door. It is a bit worn out but it works fine for us.
