You can find us at P-4, Transport House on New Cit Road in Kolkata. We are located right near Tirety Bazaar, so it's a very lively and crowded part of the city. Being in Transport House is fitting because that is exactly what we do all day. The office is usually a bit chaotic with people running around and drivers coming in to hand over their documents. It’s an old-school way of working, but it seems to suit us just fine. We don't go in for anything fancy; the walls are plain and the desks are covered in folders. The noise from Tirety Bazaar often drifts up to us, reminding us how busy this part of Kolkatta really is. We spend most of our time trying to make sure that nothing gets lost in transit. It’s a lot of manual checking and double-checking of the routes. The heat can get pretty bad in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks. We aren't a big corporate machine; we are just a group of people who know how to manage trucks and cargo. Sometimes things get backed up or the traffic is a nightmare, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where the main priority is just finishing the day's work and preparing for the next set of trucks to arrive.
