We’ve got our office at P-255, Purna Dass Road. It’s a decent neighborhood with a lot of trees along the street. Tour 'N' Style Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while now. We started small, just a couple of desks and a telephone. Now we have a few more people, but it still feels like the same place. We handle a mix of things, mostly helping people get where they need to go or finding the right items for their trips. The walls are covered with old maps and some photos people have sent us over the years. We aren't the kind of place with a sleek reception desk or people in suits. We usually wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We don't put out many ads. People usually find us because their friends told them we were helpful. We just try to be useful and solve problems when they come up. It’s not a perfect system, but we work hard at it. Purna Dass Road is a good home for us. We're just regular people trying to keep things moving. We don't have all the answers, but we definitely put in the effort every single day. The kettle is usually on if you want to stop in and talk.
