We are over at 3/16 Bijaygarh in Kolkata-32. It is a busy part of the city and we have been in this spot for quite a while now. Basically, we handle logistics, which is just a fancy way of saying we move things from one place to another. It sounds simple but with the traffic in Kolkata, it can get pretty messy some days. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the records and talk to drivers. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at tracking sheets. It is a lot of paperwork and making sure the trucks are where they should be. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just show up every morning and try to get the day's work done without too many problems. Sometimes the shipments get delayed at the port or there is a breakdown, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a practical business and we are just regular people working here. Most of our neighbors in Bijaygarh know us by now. We don't spend much on advertising because we are usually too busy just keeping things moving. It is hard work and the days are long, but that is just how the shipping business goes. We like being in this neighborhood even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes.
