You can find us at 51/C S.N. Roy Road in Kolkata 38. This part of the city is always moving. We are tucked away in an area that most people just pass through. The building is simple, nothing that stands out from the street. Inside, it is just a lot of work being done. We handle things related to the wagons. It is a lot of coordination. We are not a big shop with a lot of noise; it is more about the management side here. The floors are concrete and the lights are those long tubes that hum a little bit. We keep things pretty organized, even if it does not look like it to a stranger. People stop by to drop off documents or ask about orders. We do not have a big marketing team. Most of our connections are old ones. We have seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our office stays pretty much the same. We do not believe in fixing things that are not broken. If the desk works, we keep it. If the pen has ink, we use it. The tea seller at the corner knows our order by heart now.
