We operate out of Chayan Apartments on Raja Gurudas Street in Kolkata. Specifically, we're at number 8, care of Mr. N.K. Jaiswal. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office is right in the middle of that typical Kolkata hustle. We handle construction projects, which usually means a lot of paperwork and meeting with suppliers. Being in an apartment building for an office keeps things quiet enough to get work done, but we're out on sites most of the week. This isn't a fancy showroom or anything. It’s where we keep our blueprints and handle the bills. If you know the 700006 area, you know it can get crowded, so we try to keep our operations as organized as we can. We’ve been doing this for a while now. Construction in a city like this has its own set of problems, like narrow streets and old buildings, but we manage. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us making sure the jobs are moving along. People come by the Chayan Apartments when they need to talk about a project or check on progress. We don't use big words or fancy promises; we just tell you what can be done and how long it’ll take. Our desk is usually covered in drawings and tea cups. It’s just how we get through the day here, making sure the brickwork is right.
