The Manaslu Bag Company

The Manaslu Bag Company operates out of A-5 in the New Garia Development Co-Operative Housing Society. It's a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a quiet place to work. We mostly deal with bags of all shapes and sizes. The space is filled with materials and finished products waiting to go out. We aren't a factory with machines running 24/7. It’s more of a local setup where we handle things carefully. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact spot in the housing society, so we often have to go out and flag them down. It’s just one of those things you get used to. We started this because we knew a bit about making things that last. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy logos. Our focus is just on the work we do every day. The office has a few old desks and some sturdy shelves. It’s not a place for meetings with executives; it’s a place for working with your hands. We have tea breaks together in the afternoon. It’s a good time to catch up and talk about things other than work. We’ve been here in New Garia for some time now. It feels like home to us. We just keep doing our thing, one bag at a time, until the day is over.
