Testing Instruments Manufacturing Co. is located at 8-B, Lalbazar Street, on the second floor in Room No 3-B. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Lalbazar is a busy place, and our little spot in room 3-B is where all the actual work happens. We make various tools and instruments for testing. It is not a shiny corporate office with a receptionist. It’s just a place with workbenches, some older machinery, and a lot of technical drawings lying around. Sometimes the hallway is a bit dark, and the stairs are definitely a workout if you are carrying heavy stuff, but we like it here. We spend our days calibrating gauges and putting together custom orders for people who have been coming to us for years. Most of our customers know us by name, and we know them too. We don't really do much advertising. Usually, someone just hears about us from a friend or another shop nearby. The benches are often a bit cluttered with parts and half-finished projects, but we know exactly where everything is. It’s a small team of us, and we mostly just focus on getting the instruments right. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how things used to be in the neighborhood. If you’re looking for us, just head up to the second floor. We are usually there from morning until late evening, just keeping busy with the orders.
