Our office is in Flat 5A, Block 5, at 5/7 Buroshibtala Main Road. This is over in the 700038 area of Kolkata. It's a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We’ve been working as realtors from this spot for a while now. Buroshibtala is a busy road, and we're right in the thick of it. We deal with all sorts of real estate matters, mostly helping people buy or sell around this part of South Kolkata. It’s not a huge operation. We have a few desks and a lot of maps and files. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or walking to nearby properties to check on things. People usually drop by because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. We keep things simple. There’s no fancy jargon used here. If someone needs a place, we show them what's available. If they have a problem with their paperwork, we try to help them fix it. It’s just how we do things at Temcham. The commute to the office can be a bit of a crawl during rush hour, but we’re used to the pace of this neighborhood. We are just a local real estate firm trying to stay helpful and busy in our corner of the city. We take our work seriously but we don't act like it is rocket science. That is just how we are.
