We’re located at 20 Naktala Road, specifically in the Kasturi Apartment building. We’re on the ground floor, unit G2. Naktala is one of those neighborhoods in Kolkata that feels very lived-in and established. It’s not like those new townships with no character. Our office for Teleclinica Health Care Services Privatelimited is inside a regular residential-style apartment complex, which makes it feel less like a cold clinic and more like a part of the neighborhood. We handle health care services, mostly coordinating things and managing the tech side of things. The office isn't very large, just enough space for the team and our gear. You won't find any marble statues or fancy lighting here. It’s just a plain office with some chairs and desks. We’ve got the usual apartment building sounds around us—people coming home, kids playing, the occasional car horn. It’s a nice, honest place to work. Being in G2 makes it easy for people to just walk in from the street without having to deal with stairs or elevators. We spend our days mostly on the computer or talking to people on the phone. It’s a quiet sort of work, but it’s important. We like being in Kasturi Apartment because it’s a familiar landmark for people living nearby. It’s just a small local business trying to stay busy and helpful. We don't have a big sign outside, just a simple one so people know they’re in the right place. We just focus on the work.
