Tega Industries Limited

Tega Industries Limited is situated at 147, G Block, New Alipore, right on Humayun Kabir Sarani. It’s a decent spot in Kolkata, away from the extreme noise of the city center but still very active. We work on industrial parts and lining for mines and factories. If you walked into our office, you’d see a lot of technical drawings and heavy samples sitting on the desks. It’s not a place for fancy decor. We focus more on the durability of what we’re making. The team here is a mix of engineers and office staff who have been together for a long time. We spend a lot of time discussing wear and tear and how to make things last longer in tough conditions. It’s a lot of practical talk. We don't use big words to impress people; we just show them the specs. Sometimes the workshop gets a bit loud, and the smell of rubber or metal is always around. We have our fair share of long meetings where we try to solve a tricky problem for a client. It’s not always easy, but we get there eventually. Outside, the street is usually lined with cars and people heading to the nearby markets. We usually head out for a tea break in the afternoon to stretch our legs. It’s a solid, dependable place where we just get on with the job. No one is putting on an act here; we just work.
