Our place is on the ground floor of Block-2 within the Behala Industrial Estate. If you know the area, we’re right at 620 D.H. Road. It’s a very busy stretch of road in Kolkata, and there’s always the sound of horns and engines in the background. Being on the ground floor makes it easier to move heavy machinery in and out, which is what we spend most of our time doing. The space is practical and functional, designed more for moving metal than for hosting guests. We have a few offices partitioned off, but the heart of the place is where the machines are kept. It gets quite warm in the summer, but we’re used to the heat and the humidity of the estate. We are a small group, and we’ve all been in the machinery business long enough to know the ins and outs of it. We don't use any fancy talk or try to impress anyone with the office décor because we don't have any. It’s just walls, some desks, and a lot of equipment. We show up, check the schedule, and get to work. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project, and other times we’re out the door as soon as the clock hits five. It’s a straightforward life in a hardworking part of town. We just keep our heads down and do what we are supposed to do.
