Tatat Steel

We are based over at 49/L/7 N N Road in Kolkata. It is right near the Police Quarters, so most people in the neighborhood know the spot. Being Tatat Steel, we have a lot going on throughout the week. Kolkata is a crowded city, and N N Road is no exception. There is always a lot of noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it. The zip code is 700011 if you are trying to find us on a map. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle our business. We spend a lot of time on the phones and dealing with paperwork. It gets humid here in the summers, so the fans are always going. Working near the police quarters means it’s a relatively orderly area, though the traffic can be a mess. We try to keep things simple. There’s a tea stall nearby where some of the guys go during breaks. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and have seen the neighborhood change. It’s a typical Kolkata setting. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Just a small team doing what needs to be done with the steel business. Sometimes the rain floods the street a little, but we just keep working. It is a humble setup but it works for us. We've got our routine down and we just stick to it every day.
