Tata Motors

We are located at 138, Acharya Prafulla Chandra Road in Kolkata. This is a very old and busy part of West Bengal, and the energy on APC Road is something you have to experience to understand. We operate as Tata Motors from this address, and the building has that classic Kolkata feel to it. The pin code is 700006. Outside, there is always the sound of trams, buses, and people shouting, but once you step inside, it gets a little quieter. Our office is a bit old-fashioned. We have high ceilings and some old fans that have been spinning for decades. We do a lot of our coordination and paperwork from here. It is a very busy spot because we are right on a main artery of the city. We don't have a glossy reception area or a coffee machine that makes lattes. Usually, we just send someone down to the street to get tea in clay cups for the whole office. It’s a very grounded way to work. We have stacks of files and ledgers, and everyone knows exactly where everything is, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. We’ve been a part of this neighborhood for a long time and we like being right in the middle of all the action. It feels like we are part of the city's history, just doing our bit every day.
