Mogal Pura Lane is one of those narrow spots in Senpara that you might miss if you are driving too fast. Our office for Tata Motors Ltd is tucked away here in Hooghly. It's an old area, very traditional, and sometimes the internet acts up when it rains heavy. We are not some big corporate setup with fancy chairs. It is just a room where we sit and get things sorted. People around here know us as the folks in the Mogal Pura spot. The walk from the main road is short, but you have to watch out for the rickshaws. We have a couple of desks and a lot of files. Most of the day is spent talking to people or checking schedules. It gets quiet in the evenings which is nice. We don't really do much advertising because everyone in the lane knows where we are anyway. The building has seen better days, but the walls are thick and it stays cool even in the summer heat. Sometimes we get tea from the shop down the street and just chat about the local news before heading back to work. It’s a simple life here in the district. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the desk. That is how we have always done it, and it seems to work well enough for everyone involved.
