People who work here have been with the company for a long time. We know the local tea seller and the stationery shop around the corner very well. It's a quiet environment for the most part, except for the sounds of the street outside. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code or have big meetings in boardrooms. We just sit at our desks and get through the workload. It’s a steady way of doing things.
