Tanushree Enterprises

Our office is over at 33A on Banamali Naskar Rd. It's an easy place to find if you know the landmark near the corner. Tanushree Enterprises is a small business, run by a handful of us who’ve been doing this for years. We aren’t some big corporation with branches everywhere. We just have this one spot. The rooms are filled with shelves and boxes, and there’s always someone typing away on an old keyboard. We started out small and stayed that way on purpose because it's easier to keep track of things. We deal with various goods and supplies. It can get pretty hectic when a new shipment arrives and we have to find space for everything. We don't have a flashy entrance. Most of the time, the door is just propped open to let some air in. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s a practical kind of place. If something needs fixing, we usually grab a screwdriver and do it ourselves. We know the courier guys by their first names because they come by every single day. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures. We just focus on making sure the orders we send out are correct. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until late. We like the neighborhood and the people around here, so we don’t plan on moving anytime soon. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
