We are located at 25/27 N. S. Road, right in the heart of Kolkata’s old business district. If you know the 700001 area, you know it is packed with history and old buildings. Tantia Constructions Ltd fits right in there. Our office is in one of those buildings where the walls are thick and the ceilings are high. It’s a very busy street, always full of cars, buses, and people rushing around. Inside, we’re mostly busy with the technical side of construction. We’ve worked on a lot of the roads and structures people use every day without thinking twice. There is no corporate polish here. Just stacks of files, old wooden desks, and the sound of the ceiling fans. We’ve been at this address for quite a long time. People come in and out all day, from contractors to suppliers. N. S. Road is the kind of place where business gets done through handshakes and long conversations. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we get the job finished. Construction is a tough business in a crowded city like this. You have to deal with the weather, the traffic, and all sorts of delays. But we’ve stayed here because this is where the action is.
