We are over in Phoolbagan, right on Harmohan Ghosh Lane at number 43-A. Most folks in Kolkata know the area well. It’s a busy spot. Tantia Constructions has been handling building projects and road stuff for quite a few years now. The office is usually humming with people coming in to check on blueprints or talk about site updates. Rakesh Kumar Gaur is a name you might hear around here. We don't really do the fancy corporate talk. We just focus on getting the work done. The street outside can get a bit crowded, especially in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New buildings go up and old ones get fixed. It’s steady work. Our team mostly consists of locals who know the city like the back of their hands. They show up, do their jobs, and head home. Construction isn’t always clean or easy, but it’s what we do. If you walk past the lane, you’ll see our sign. It isn't anything flashy. We’ve stayed in Phoolbagan because it’s central for us to reach different sites. Managing concrete, steel, and labor takes a lot of coordination every day. There is always a truck being scheduled or a supplier calling about a delivery. That is basically our day-to-day life here in Kolkata. We’ve been at it for a while and plan to keep going as long as there is work to do.
