Tantia Constructions Ltd is located at 63/B College Street in Kolkata. Being on College Street is quite something because of all the history and the bookstores everywhere. It’s a very busy part of town and there is always a lot of noise from the street. Our office is in an older building that has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We have been here for a while and it serves us well. We don't have a big, flashy entrance. You just come up and find us working among stacks of papers and project drawings. Most of our time is spent talking to people at the construction sites or trying to figure out the logistics for the next job. It’s not always easy and things can get messy, but that’s just how construction is. We don’t use any corporate language or try to sound like something we aren't. We are just a group of people who enjoy building things and seeing a project through to the end. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on our phones. College Street can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we are right there near the heart of it. We like the energy of the area. It’s a good place to be based and we’ve gotten used to the constant bustle of the students and shoppers outside.
