Tantia Constructions Limited

Our office for Tantia Constructions Limited is located over at Sultan Alam Road, specifically at S-1 in the Lake Gardens R.H.E. area. We have been here for a good while now and it has become a familiar spot for us. The building is 48/4 and it sits in a busy part of Kolkata. Working in construction means our days are usually a bit chaotic. You will see people coming in and out with rolls of plans and sometimes the floor is a bit dusty from the sites. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It is just a place where we sit down to get the paperwork done and talk about the projects we have going on. Our team is a mix of people who have been in the trade for years and some newer faces too. We handle various building jobs around the city and the surrounding areas. Sometimes the traffic on Sultan Alam Road makes it hard to get here quickly, but we manage. We aren't into big speeches or trying to sound like a huge corporation. We just focus on the bricks and the concrete and making sure the jobs move forward. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking over some drawings on a cluttered desk. It is a practical space for practical work. We like being part of the Lake Gardens neighborhood and seeing the city change around us.
