Tantia Constructions Limited

Tantia Constructions Limited is on the second floor of Maa Sarada Apartment, Flat No. IIC. We are at 122 Sahid Sunil Sen Sarani in Kolkata-28. It’s an apartment building, so it feels a bit more personal than a big commercial block. We’ve got our office set up here to manage all our construction sites. It’s a bit of a climb up to the second floor, but it’s a good spot. We usually have the windows open to let in the breeze, even if it brings in the city noise. We do all sorts of building work. Nothing fancy, just solid construction. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at budgets. We aren't really into those big marketing campaigns. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are and seeing what we’ve built nearby. It’s a bit cramped when the whole crew is in the office at once, but we make it work. We’ve got our coffee mugs and our drawing boards, and that’s about all we need. It’s a regular business run by regular people who care about doing things right. We don’t promise miracles, just a decent day’s work for a decent price. That’s been the way we do things since we started. You might hear us debating over the best way to set a beam. We get pretty into it because we like seeing things built correctly.
