We are Tantia Construction Limited, and you can find us at 91-B, Roypur Road in the Regent Estate area. Kolkata-700092 is home for us. The office is pretty functional because we spend more time out at the work sites than sitting behind desks. Usually, the place is full of blueprints and old coffee mugs. We’ve been operating from this Roypur Road spot for quite a bit of time now. Managing construction projects takes a lot of patience and a lot of phone calls to vendors and foremen. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't have any polished sales pitches or a big corporate vibe. It is just us, a team of people who know how to build stuff. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have a deadline looming or the weather is acting up. We just keep at it. The local area around Regent Estate is familiar to us, and we like being part of the community here. It’s a grounded way to work. We don't spend money on big signs or flashy stuff. We just focus on the brick and mortar side of things. It can be a bit chaotic with all the paperwork and site updates coming in at once, but we manage. That’s just the way we like to run things—simple and direct. There is always something that needs fixing or a crew that needs a hand. We just take it as it comes and try to stay productive through the week.
