Synergy Power (P)Ltd is located at 4, Samaj Garh, right near the Regent Park Post Office in Kolkata. It is a quiet part of the city, which is nice because it lets us focus on our power-related work without too much distraction. Our office is a mix of a workspace and a storage area for various equipment and files. It is not a very formal place. We usually dress in casual clothes and just get on with whatever needs doing. Kolkata has a specific rhythm, and we have definitely settled into it over the years. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to use a lot of fancy corporate talk.
