We are located in Security House on N.S. Road here in Kolkata. If you've ever been around this part of the city, you know how busy it gets with all the people and traffic. Our office is on the second floor, specifically in room 8A. It’s an older building, which has its own character, though sometimes the elevators can be a bit slow so we end up taking the stairs. We spend most of our time dealing with trade stuff and paperwork. There’s always someone coming or going. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy with the street sounds drifting up, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this place because we wanted to handle trade and commerce in a way that made sense to us. It’s not a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. We have wooden desks and plenty of files stacked up because that’s just how we work. The area around 23B N.S. Road is full of other businesses too, so there is a lot of energy. We usually grab tea from the stall downstairs during our breaks. It’s a simple setup. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is recorded properly. Being in the 700001 zip code means we are right in the heart of things. It can be a long day sometimes, especially when the weather is humid, but we keep at it. We don't really have a big marketing team, just us doing our jobs. It works for us.
