Swargapati Real Estates Llp

We've been at Rawdon Chambers for a while now. It's on Sarojini Naidu Sarani, right on the 3rd floor. Swargapati Real Estates Llp is just a small team of us working here. Most days we are busy with paperwork or out looking at sites. Kolkata is a big place and there is always something going on with land or buildings. Our office isn't fancy, just a regular space where we get things done. People come by to talk about property and we try to give them straight answers. It's a lot of phone calls and checking documents. The 11A building is pretty easy to find if you know the area. We like being in this part of town because it’s central. Sometimes it gets loud outside but that's just how the city is. We handle the usual real estate stuff you'd expect. Nothing too complicated, just everyday work. If someone is looking for a place or selling, they drop in. We drink a lot of tea and look over maps. It's just us at Swargapati Real Estates Llp, doing what we do. It’s been a few years since we set up at Rawdon Chambers. The elevator works most of the time. We know the local streets well. Not much else to say really, we just keep the office running from Monday to Saturday. It's decent work and we stay busy. We have a few desks and some files.
