SUSANGATI NIDHI LIMITED

Our office is set up at the house of Amrita Das over in Kantakhali. If you are familiar with the Hanskhali area, you will find us easily enough. It is a local spot, nothing like those big offices you see in the city. We are right there in the neighborhood where everyone knows each other by name. Susangati Nidhi Limited is basically just a few of us working out of this space in Hanskhali. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, but that is just how things are here. We have some chairs for people to sit and a couple of old wooden tables for our files. Usually, someone is always around to answer questions or just say hello. Most of the time, we are just busy with the daily routine of keeping records and talking to the people from the surrounding houses. It is a very normal place. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the work done every day. People stop by on their way to the market or after dropping their kids at school. It feels like a part of the community because we actually live here too. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back on. We usually have a flask of tea to share with anyone who drops by in the afternoon.
