Sunrise Mark Realty Llp

Our office is located in Karnani Mansons on Park Street. We are on the first floor, in Flat 133 at 25/A. Park Street is always full of life, no matter what time of day it is. Being in such an old and well-known building like Karnani Mansons gives our work a certain feel. Sunrise Mark Realty Llp isn't some big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to stay on top of the property market around here. The hallways in our building have that old Kolkata charm, though the stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting with people who stop by the office. It gets a bit crowded in our room when more than a few people are visiting at once. We don't really have a polished way of doing things. We just talk to people plainly and try to be honest about what we see. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea, while other days we don’t even have time to eat lunch. That’s just how it goes in real estate. We like being in the middle of everything on Park Street. There’s always a new shop opening or something happening right outside our window. We’re just here doing our job every day.
