Our small office is tucked away at 21/7, Ashwini Dutta Road. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the main road but quiet enough to actually get some work done. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, mostly focusing on whatever comes our way in the local real estate market. The space inside is quite cramped because of all the folders and registers we keep piled up on the shelves. Sometimes we have to move a stack of papers just to find a pen that works. Dealing with property around here means knowing the neighbors and who is selling what. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the nearby lanes to check on things. It isn’t a high-pressure corporate environment. We usually have the fan going full speed and maybe a cup of tea on the table while we look through listings. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Kolkata. We just want to handle our business properly and help the people who reach out to us. If you come by, you might find us busy with some messy paperwork or chatting with a visitor about the local prices. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us working out of this room, trying to make sure the deals go through without too much of a headache. The door is usually open during the day, and we are always happy to talk about the local area.
