Sukhi Nivas Realcon Llp is situated at 5 J.B.S Halden Avenue. We are inside the Silver Arcade building, up on the second floor in Room No S2. Silver Arcade is a well-known spot, so it isn't too hard to find us. The office is a quiet little place where we manage our real estate business. We have a few desks and a small area where we keep all the property records. It is not a very large room, but it is enough for the work we do. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when we are reading through the fine print on contracts. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different people and making sure the paperwork is in order. There is a water cooler in the corner that we all hover around when it gets hot outside. We aren't a big corporate chain or anything like that. We are just a small group of folks who know a lot about the local property market. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. The building has a lot of other businesses too, so there is always someone passing by in the hallway.
