Suhana Real Estates Llp is over at 11A/1C East Topsia Road in Kolkata. It’s right there in West Bengal, and the area is usually quite loud with traffic and people. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside or the inside. It’s just a workspace where we deal with property stuff all day. We have a couple of computers and a printer that makes a weird noise every time it starts up. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that. We spend our time talking to clients and checking out different land plots. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of details. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a sofa. If you come in, you’ll just see us at our desks. We try to keep things simple and honest. Most of our day is spent on the phone or writing things down in ledgers. We know the East Topsia Road area well because we are here every single day. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving. We aren't looking to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that does its job without any fuss. It is a bit dusty sometimes but it is home.
