Birpara Lane is one of those typical Kolkata streets where there’s always something happening. Our office is a modest one. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. It’s just a room where we manage our projects and do our marketing work. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computer. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know what we’re doing. We don’t go in for all that corporate talk about visions or missions. We just show up and do the work. It’s a very simple way of looking at things. We handle various tasks that come our way, whether it's marketing a new idea or managing a local project. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes they don't, but that's just business. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the news while we work. It’s a friendly environment.
