Subhash Projects & Marketing Limited

Our office is located at 34B Dover Road in the Ballygunge area of Kolkata. This is an older part of the city with a lot of character, and our building fits right in. Subhash Projects & Marketing Limited has been using this space for quite some time now. The rooms have high ceilings and there is always a bit of dust despite our best efforts. We handle the bigger marketing campaigns and project planning from here. It is a bit more formal than a site office, but not by much. We still have tea stains on the meeting tables and piles of old newspapers in the corner. Ballygunge is a nice area, though the traffic on the main roads can be a nightmare. We try to keep our head down and focus on the tasks at hand. There is a lot of history in this office, with old photos of past projects pinned to the walls. We don’t really use a lot of fancy jargon; we just talk about what needs to be built and how to get people to know about it. Most of the staff has been around for years, so we all know each other’s habits. It creates a relaxed but busy atmosphere. We get a lot of mail and parcels, so the front desk area is usually a bit of a mess. It is just a real office where real work happens every single day.
