S. S. Trading Co.

S. S. Trading Co. is located at No. 40 Strand Road. We are actually down in the basement, in Room No. 30A. It is right by the Bara Bazar Bus Stop, so it’s incredibly crowded all the time. If you know Bara Bazar, you know how much noise and movement there is. Being in the basement means it’s a bit cooler than being out on the street, but it can get cramped with all the stock we keep. We don’t have a big storefront with windows. You have to know where you are going to find Room 30A. We’ve been trading from this spot for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent moving boxes or talking to people who stop by after getting off the bus. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We don't have time for polished marketing or trying to sound like a big company. We are just a trading company in a busy market area. The basement can be a bit dark sometimes, and the stairs are steep, but we are used to it. Every day is a bit of a scramble to get everything organized, but that’s just how business is in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and handle the trade. Sometimes the lights flicker, but we just ignore it and keep on going.
