Mdil

Mdil is located at No. 38 Strand Road. This is a very old part of the city, and the building we are in has that old feel to it. The walls are very thick and the ceilings are high, which helps keep the place cool during the summer months. Strand Road is famous for being incredibly busy at all hours. You can always hear the trucks moving goods back and forth near the river. The traffic noise is just a part of our daily life here. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It has some old wooden desks and metal cupboards where we keep all our files and records. We’ve been at this address for a long time now, so the place feels very familiar. People come by during the day to drop off papers or have a quick chat about business. We drink a lot of tea and talk about simple things like the weather or how long it took to get through the traffic on the bridge. None of us wear suits or ties; we just dress for the work we have to do. The stairs leading up to our floor are a bit steep and creak when you walk on them. It’s not a polished corporate environment, but it’s a good place to work. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized with all the paperwork that comes across our desks every single day.
