Sterling Security Agency

Sterling Security Agency is based on the 3rd floor of 72 Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, right in the Park Street area. If you’ve been to Park Street, you know how busy and historic it feels. Our office is in an older building, which has its own charm, even if the stairs are a bit steep sometimes. We’ve been coordinating security guards and agency work from here for quite some time. It’s a lot of scheduling and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. The phone rings a lot with people checking in or asking for staff for different sites. We have desks covered in rosters and logbooks. It’s a bit old-school, but it works for what we do. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of distance from the street noise, though you can still hear the trams and horns in the distance. We aren't a high-tech firm; we are a people business. We know our staff and we know the sites they watch over. The office is functional—room for files, chairs for interviews, and a place to make some tea. We don't have any fancy posters or mission statements on the walls. We just focus on making sure our clients are covered and our guards are looked after. It’s a busy, practical life here on Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, and we just keep pushing through the daily tasks.
