Stellar Furnishings

Stellar Furnishings is located on the first floor of building 280 on Diamond Harbour Road. If you know the 14 No Bus Stand in Behala, we are right across from it. It’s a very busy spot, so there’s always the sound of buses and traffic, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We’ve been here for a while, helping people pick out fabrics for their homes. Whether it’s curtains or something to cover an old sofa, we usually have a few rolls of cloth lying around. It’s not a fancy boutique. It’s a place where you can come in, feel the material, and see if the color looks right. We get a lot of locals who just drop in while they’re waiting for their bus. We don't have a huge staff. Usually, it’s just one or two of us helping out. We try to be fair with the prices and honest about how long things will take to get ready. Sometimes we run behind if a supplier is slow, but we always tell people the truth. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to the first floor, but it’s worth it if you want to see the different patterns we have. We like being in Behala. It feels like a real neighborhood where everyone knows each other. We’re just here doing our bit to make houses look a little better, one window at a time.
