We operate out of 8/78A/1 Netaji Nagar. It is right in the P.O. Regent Estate area of Kolkata. The pin code is 700092. We have both Steel Products Ltd and Rishab Exports Ltd running from this location. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes having both businesses under one roof. We have been in West Bengal for a long time now. The building is older and has its quirks, like the creaky door in the front. We spend our days managing the exports and the product side of things. It involves a lot of back and forth on the phone. Netaji Nagar is a lively neighborhood. There is always something happening outside. We have a small staff, just local people mostly. We don't use a lot of fancy software or anything. A lot of our logs are still kept in physical books because it’s just easier for us that way. Some days we have crates stacked up ready for shipping. It gets crowded in the loading area. We have to be careful when moving things around. The monsoon season makes the work harder, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a regular local business. We keep our heads down and do the work. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking chai or checking over the latest manifests. We've been here for years and the community knows us. It is just how we like it.
